Qualifications:
- Active SLP - OH ODE credential required
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Strong skills in teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
- Excellence in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in line with school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create supportive educational environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Incorporate evidence-based practices and technology for both direct and teletherapy sessions
