What You’ll Need:
- Active SLP license issued by the Ohio Department of Education (OH ODE)
- CCC-SLP, CFY, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
- Experience or coursework in school-based pediatric speech services
- Strong knowledge of speech/language therapy practices within both onsite and teletherapy environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Deliver speech-language interventions using both traditional and digital therapy platforms
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student progress reviews
