As a valued member of the educational support team, you will work with a diverse student population, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating closely with educators and families. Requirements:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorization
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services (pull-out, push-in, group, or individual formats)
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to support holistic student success
  • Monitor and report student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed
