Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rehoboth Beach, DE

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere for students of varied abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to each student’s goals
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support classroom strategies and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and support transition planning as appropriate
