Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students within an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program in Redford, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across multiple grade levels while collaborating with a strong educational team.
Position Overview
The caseload includes approximately 35–40 students in Kindergarten through 10th grade. Services are delivered primarily through a push-in model, with occasional pull-out therapy sessions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
- Deliver primarily classroom-based (push-in) services.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- School-based experience preferred.
- Experience working with students with ASD is a plus.
