Speech Language Pathologist in Raleigh, NC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous experience working in schools preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, educators, and parents
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations in accordance with school policies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and communicative progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation required for school and state compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student services
- Deliver direct therapy individually or in group settings, both in-person and virtually if needed
- Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
