Speech and Language Pathologist in Cambridge, MA

Skills & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship considered
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Adaptability and organizational skills in a fast-paced school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop targeted therapy plans and deliver direct intervention to students individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions on student support
- Provide training and consultation for staff on best practices in speech and language development
