Key Details:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week at one elementary school site
- School hours: 8:45am–3:20pm
- Dual Language campus (bilingualism a plus, not required)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students alongside a supportive SLPA
- Two openings—bring a friend or colleague!
Preferred Background:
- Current state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC strongly preferred)
- Experience in school settings, particularly at the elementary level
- Strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to a dynamic classroom environment and diverse student needs
- Bilingual skills are beneficial but not mandatory
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Partner with teachers, parents, and existing SLPA for holistic care
- Advocate for evidence-based interventions and student success
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
