Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations highly valued
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred by educational staff
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to children with varying speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Facilitate parent meetings, staff consultations, and multi-disciplinary planning sessions as appropriate
- Participate in in-service training and professional development as required
