Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).

- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students across a range of abilities and backgrounds.
- Complete assessments, develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress for each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support generalization of therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards.
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development in the field of speech-language pathology.
