Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cranston, Rhode Island

Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Rhode Island
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based environment is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students two days per week
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to tailor interventions and support student progress
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Participate in meetings and team discussions to ensure best practices in student care
- Monitor and report student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
