What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders across K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), setting measurable goals in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment, and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with other educational professionals as necessary
  • Offer ongoing support and strategies to classroom staff and families
