School Speech Language Pathologist - Princess Anne, MD

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), setting measurable goals in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with other educational professionals as necessary
- Offer ongoing support and strategies to classroom staff and families
