Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Oxford, Pennsylvania

Qualifications and Certifications:
- Active PA SLP License required
- Accepting both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare environments valued
- SLPA candidates with appropriate school or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop tailored treatment plans and set measurable goals for student progress
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in student support meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
- Offer support and mentorship to fellow SLPs and assistants, as appropriate
