Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Oxford, PA

Key Qualifications:
- Active PA SLP License required (SLP or SLPA)
- Experience with K-12 student populations
- Proficiency in providing therapy, assessments, and documentation for pediatric clients
- Skilled in collaboration with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Familiarity with both school-based and healthcare-related SLP/SLPA responsibilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy interventions to diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students in school settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Implement evidence-based strategies and interventions
- Provide consultation and support to school staff as needed
