Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Mechanicsburg, PA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current, active state licensure for SLP in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Offer support and guidance to students’ families regarding communication strategies
