Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP certification and state licensure
- Experience with a range of age groups, including Early Childhood, Pre-School, Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8), and High School (9–12)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills across speech, language, and communication domains
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) a plus
Responsibilities in This Role:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in inclusive classroom settings
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families and team members
- Support teachers and staff with strategies and resources to help students thrive
