- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication skills, fluency, articulation, voice, and language disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member; prepare thorough, accurate documentation
- Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Consult and work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom integration
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, as well as district policies
- Engage in professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and service delivery
