Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress
- Valid or pending state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities and a positive, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for students, ages and grades as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals aligned to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, supporting students in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student support
