Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure (CFY or CCC accepted), with state certification for Oregon (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience working in schools and pediatrics preferred.
- Strong skills in speech-language assessments, therapy, and individualized education plan (IEP) development.
- Experience or interest in Early Childhood Education highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to elementary school students and a specialized program.
- Conduct assessments, plan and deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and monitor progress towards IEP goals.
- Maintain clear documentation and regularly communicate with families and educational staff.
