Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility for immediate licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Prior school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP experience
- Experience with Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services to students in elementary and specialized settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and allied professionals to support students’ unique communication needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, family conferences, and professional development as needed
