Step into an impactful opportunity as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, working on-site with both elementary and middle school students. This position offers a full-time schedule across two critical assignments, supporting students in their journey to improved communication and academic success.

One SLP will serve one elementary and one middle school building, while the other will provide services in two middle school buildings. Both positions offer the chance to work with caseloads of approximately 45-55 students, delivering tailored speech and language interventions alongside a supportive team of education professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP licensure (CCC required) for school settings
  • Previous experience within a K-8 or school-based SLP role highly desirable
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to foster communication and language development in diverse student populations
  • Comfortable handling a dynamic caseload and collaborating with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy for elementary and/or middle school students
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Document and track student progress in accordance with school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help tailor educational goals
