Location: San Jose, California
School Year: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in San Jose, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with a supportive educational team.
Position Details:
Full-time SLPA position for the 2026–2027 school year
School-based setting
Provide direct therapy support under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking student progress
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student communication goals
Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish/English preferred)
Requirements:
Active California SLPA license/credential
Bilingual skills preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience)
