Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license or eligibility required
- Prior experience supporting SLPs in both school and healthcare environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Motivation to support student achievement and social communication
- Flexibility and professionalism in dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy programs and interventions developed by supervising SLPs
- Collect and document student data, progress, and observations
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for individualized or group sessions
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support activities as directed
