School Speech Language Pathologist - Port Orchard, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Completed fingerprinting through OSPI
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language services to students in elementary and high school settings
- Conduct formal and informal assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create holistic, inclusive learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Serve as an advocate for student communication needs within the broader school community
