Multiple positions are open: two full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) and one part-time role (.8 FTE, 4 days per week). Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid WA SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Cleared fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and related activities
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required
