Desired Qualifications:
- Valid WA SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Cleared fingerprinting through OSPI
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address IEP goals
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district standards
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and related activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required
