Qualifications/Skills Sought:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services at designated schools, ensuring consistency and compliance across sites
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' individual needs
- Attending and contributing to IEP/review meetings and providing updates on student progress
- Adapt therapy approaches for both in-person and remote modalities, as required
- Manage varied caseloads and schedules, displaying strong organizational skills
