Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience with school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students of varying ages
- Serve a weekly schedule that includes 32 hours at an elementary/middle charter, 15 hours at a college-prep charter, and 6 hours supporting a high school caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP and district requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to IEP meetings
