Key Qualifications:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligible for or holder of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based experience working with elementary-aged children a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and document progress
- Collaborate daily with Lead SLP, teachers, and families to support each student’s success
- Create engaging, effective therapy materials individualized to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, and support school initiatives
Working onsite, you’ll experience a vibrant school community and supportive peers who value your expertise. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best match for your interests and experience. This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours per week, with compensation starting at $45 per hour and increasing based on experience.
