Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain detailed notes and comply with all required documentation
