School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Pillager, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates, and those holding their CCC are welcome
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students, tailored to individual IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents regarding students’ progress and needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support and training to educational staff as needed
- Manage a diverse caseload across a range of grade levels
