Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with low incidence populations is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and parent engagement
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and monitor progress
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to assigned students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track measurable outcomes
- Provide intervention tailored to diverse communication, articulation, and language needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Engage actively with educators, families, and other team members for coordinated care
- Work on-site at the Marple Education Center for 3-4 days per week with a full-time caseload
This contract position offers the flexibility of part-time scheduling across 3-4 days per week, allowing you to balance meaningful work with personal time.
