Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Background working with students with complex needs or in a low-incidence classroom is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in the Low Incidence Program
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student goals
- Document services and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer insights into communication strategies
- Adapt interventions and materials to meet students’ individual needs
