Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Phoenixville, PA

You’ll work at a single site, closely supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 35-40 children in a collaborative, growth-oriented educational environment.
In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team, providing essential speech therapy services during the school day (8:00am–3:30pm), five days a week. Your impactful contributions will foster communication skills and confidence in young learners, empowering them to thrive academically and socially. Alongside your SLP peers, you’ll have the opportunity to shape personalized treatment plans, utilize cutting-edge Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies, and customize interventions for each student’s unique needs.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong skills in AAC implementation and support
- Comfort working with students from kindergarten through middle school
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for K-8 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Implement and monitor AAC devices
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation
