Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and, where applicable, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Qualified to provide therapy within schools, including pediatric populations
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with strong supervision skills
- Experience in teletherapy or willingness to integrate virtual services
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Effective communication and collaboration with educational staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ strengths and challenges
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support academic achievement
- Offer speech and language therapy in-person or via teletherapy platforms
- Serve as a resource for staff and parents on speech-language development
