Desired Background:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience considered.
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility).
- Prior experience with pediatric SLP, ideally in school-based settings.
- Direct experience using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices.
- Comfortable independently managing a K-8th grade caseload.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Primary Duties:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Integrate AAC solutions and train staff/family as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting.
- Engage with teachers and families to support student success.
