Job Highlights:
- Full-time maternity leave coverage from November to February (Monday–Friday); transitions to part-time (15–20 hours/week, flexible days) through May 19, 2023
- Manage a caseload of about 75 students, kindergarten through grade 8, at a single, supportive school site
- Start date is flexible to fit your availability
- Open to teletherapy for candidates able to coordinate with on-site support
Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license with CCC required
- Experience in schools preferred, but newly licensed graduates encouraged to apply
- Competence in speech and language evaluation, therapy, AAC management, and educational collaboration
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and implement individualized therapy
- Serve as lead CCC and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain clear communication with families, teachers, and school staff
- Manage and educate on AAC devices and best practices
