Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for Indiana licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or preschool populations strongly preferred
- Solid communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students (caseload approx. 60, number may vary)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–4:15 PM
- Conduct individualized evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Create engaging therapy sessions targeting receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language skills
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- maintain accurate records and document IEP goals
