Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Alaska SLP license
- Alaska DEED (teaching) certification
- Experience evaluating and treating mild to moderate communication disorders (all age ranges)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to caseloads averaging approximately 45 to 60 students (caseloads may vary by school, elementary or high school)
- Provide services to students with mild to moderate needs, sometimes in consultative capacities
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and across multiple school locations
- Document student progress and maintain IEP-related paperwork
