Qualifications:
- Active Alaska SLP license and DEED teaching certification (required)
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to support students with a range of speech and language needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills to manage different caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Manage documentation, progress tracking, and state compliance requirements
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
