Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Alaska SLP license and DEED (teaching) certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP services, with the ability to manage mild to moderate cases across all age groups
- Strong organizational and communication skills to maintain caseload documentation
- Previous work with diverse student populations or special programs is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students identified with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to tailor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
