Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ

Your primary focus will be a caseload of 10 students, each receiving individualized or small group services once per week for 30-minute sessions. Meetings and indirect service times are included, along with opportunities to collaborate with a dynamic educational team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Experience working in elementary or K-8 school environments
- Strong skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating pediatric speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with writing and implementing IEPs, including goal setting and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively in IEP and SLI-only meetings
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech/language services to students, individually or in small groups
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations for speech and language services
- Develop and maintain IEPs, including facilitating meetings and tracking goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document services, maintain case notes, and update progress reports as required
- Participate in regular professional development and school staff meetings
