Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Peoria, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with CCC required
- Experience in school-based settings, preferably with pediatric populations
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload ranging from preschoolers to middle schoolers
- Provide direct speech and language therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with an SLPA to ensure quality support and intervention for all assigned students
- Work closely with classroom teachers and parents, participating in IEP meetings and communicating student progress
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with district and legal requirements
