Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy services to students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and voice needs
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to address students’ IEP goals
  • Document student progress, attendance, and outcome measures in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and school initiatives
  • Provide resources and strategies to staff and families for reinforcing speech-language development
