Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for Pennsylvania
- Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent rapport-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to serve multiple sites across Montgomery County as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver customized IEP-based treatment for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth
- Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports as required
- Support and educate staff regarding speech and language development strategies
- Travel between school locations within Montgomery County as assignments require
