Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY considered)
- Prior experience in school settings highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple school locations within Montgomery County
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Complete comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet a variety of student needs and school settings
