Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Facilitate both individual and group sessions as required
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure best outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Serve students at assigned locations throughout Montgomery County, adapting to varying needs
