Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (required)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
- Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
