Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong CF candidates
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the contract
What You’ll Do:
- Provide screening, evaluations, and individualized therapy to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators, families, and other therapists
- Maintain thorough progress records and required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings to support student success
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate through collaboration and advocacy
