Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Petaluma, California

This full-time, onsite opportunity near Petaluma, CA, is perfect for speech-language pathologists seeking experience in dynamic and collaborative educational settings for the 2026-2027 school year (August 12th – June 2027).
You’ll work with diverse caseloads suited to your experience—one position centers on serving middle school students, including those in mild/moderate and extensive support needs Special Day Classes and students in RSP or general education. The other involves supporting children at two elementary campuses: students in general education, grades TK-5, and those in extensive support needs classes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License for California
- PPS Credential required
- Experience or interest in working with pediatrics, school-based therapy, SLP CFY, or as an SLPA
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
- Ability to adapt to varied needs and settings within multiple schools
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy tailored to assigned caseloads
- Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track and document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
- Support students in achieving communication and learning milestones
