Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong understanding of IEPs, student documentation, and progress monitoring
- Background in teletherapy is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy to students with communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Provide both in-person and virtual speech therapy, depending on student requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support educational success
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric speech pathology
