What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current, valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in New Mexico
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- School-based SLP experience highly valued, though strong candidates seeking a CFY are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from PreK through 12th grade, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records and documented progress for students served
- Support students’ academic and functional success in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives as needed
