Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility by start date
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are welcome
- Previous experience in a school environment or working with children (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students from PreK through 12th grade
- Conduct evaluations, assess student needs, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Offer support, resources, and training to teachers and family members as needed
- Stay current with best practices and professional development in the speech-language field
